Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your home decor items. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Custom-made, monogrammed, or specially ordered items.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Process

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return packages.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. In your communication, specify the item you wish to exchange for. We will process the refund for the returned item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
