Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after a specified cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with major carriers based on the best service and rate for your location and order size.

3. Shipping Costs & Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package size/weight and destination. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Please refer to the FAQ section for estimated delivery windows. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to weather or carrier issues are possible.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery

  • You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

5. In-Transit Damage
While we pack items securely, please inspect packages upon delivery. For any visible damage to the shipping box, note it with the delivery driver and contact us immediately.
